About LottoTrace

Real data. Real history.
No predictions.

LottoTrace turns official state lottery data into a clear, visual experience. We track top prizes, show what's been claimed, and keep a daily history so you can see how games deplete over time.

How the data works

We collect and process publicly available scratch-off prize data from official state lottery sources. For Texas, this includes the number of top prizes remaining, claim details, and (when provided) store locations and claim dates.

Daily snapshots

We save a snapshot of every game's data each day. This lets us show claim history and how fast games are being depleted over time. Once a day's data is captured, it cannot be recreated if a state site changes or removes it.

What "remaining" means

"Remaining" reflects the number of top prizes still unclaimed as reported by the state. It includes prizes on unsold tickets and on sold tickets nobody has cashed yet, so a remaining top prize may never reach a player. It does not represent your odds of winning. Games can continue to be sold even after all top prizes are claimed.

Data freshness

We typically update data once per day after the state publishes new information. The exact time varies by state. Each page shows the last update timestamp so you know how current the data is.

Winner locations

On the map, each dot shows where an official top prize was sold (when the state provides location data). Past winners and store locations do not predict future wins, and some states do not provide location details for every prize.

What we don't do

  • ✕We do not predict future winners.
  • ✕We do not claim any game is a "better" ticket.
  • ✕We do not show your odds of winning.
  • ✕We do not use or store your location.

Responsible play

Scratch-off games are a form of entertainment. There is no strategy that can guarantee a win. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available.

⚠ Important: LottoTrace does not predict winners, does not claim any game is a better ticket, and does not show your odds of winning. All data is based on official state lottery information. Remaining prize counts reflect the latest reported numbers and may change after new claims are processed by the state.
